Applications

If you wish for your child to attend St Paul's Child and Family Care Centre (CFCC), you can apply through your children's disability network team (CDNT).

Information we need

All applications to St Paul's CFCC must include up-to-date multi-disciplinary reports with the following information:

  • Diagnosis of autism (ASD) based on ICD-10 or DSM-V diagnostic criteria
  • Perinatal, developmental and medical history
  • Level of intellectual or cognitive functioning
  • Level of adaptive behaviour functioning
  • Level of communication and language development
  • Address to confirm you live in our catchment area (Dublin Dublin North West, Dublin North Central and Dublin North County)

After you apply

Once we receive an application from your CDNT, our medical director will review it.

If all the reports are up-to-date, and your child is eligible to attend St Paul's CFCC, we will send you a letter confirming your child's place on the waiting list.

When a place becomes available, we will invite you to meet with us so we can make sure St Paul's CFCC is a good fit for your child's needs.
